Where to Sail
Everybody is welcome, from complete beginners to enthusiastic improvers and accomplished experts. We always include RYA tuition and courses in the cost of your holiday and at every Neilson resort you will find qualified staff and a great range of equipment waiting to take you from the very basics in sailing through to hanging from a trapeze, sailing with a spinnaker or racing around a course in true regatta style.
Porto Heli - A wide range of dinghies offers variety and the opportunity to progress for everyone from beginners to experts. We offer racing five days a week, beginners are most welcome and the wide range of boats allows everyone to improve their sailing, regardless of age or ability. A weekly day sail takes us out of the bay to a local taverna for a swim and lunch and when conditions allow we take improver groups out of the bay into the Argolic Gulf to experience higher winds and the opportunity to sail the RS 800. We offer progressive, flexible tuition, with a large choice of
different teaching sessions chosen to suit the prevailing wind
conditions and your needs. Optional expert tuition is included in the
price of your holiday, from introductions for complete beginners to
advanced race coaching, depending on the centre you choose.
