you only need a minimum of 7 adults to qualify for fantastic group benefits including great group discounts and free places. The overall discount depends on which date you travel and where you go - the best offers are often for Neilson Chalets and Neilson run hotels in January and March.

We offer discounts
up to 20% for Winter 2010/11 on group bookings for European Charter holidays, depending on the size, departure date and destination of your group. This accounts for up to 1 free place in every 5 paying people. We realise this may not always be the most suitable or cost effective deal for your group so if you would rather have other things such as free lift passes or private taxis to resort included in the price, simply ask us.

We have over 25 years of operating holidays experience, we follow the principle of affordable quality & excellent service in all that we do. We offer a range of 41 cosy chalets, sleeping from 8 to 24 people, in 5 countries. Many have great facilities such as a sauna, hot tub or pool plus a crackling fire for evenings in. We also have two Neilson-run Lodge properties in Austria that are perfect for larger groups: Lodge Sonnenalp in Kaprun, sleeping 24-31, and Lodge Mounty Söll, sleeping 38-42.

We offer 'your seats your choice' free of charge for groups on Thomas Cook Airlines flights. This enables you to select your flight seats on the Thomas Cook Airlines website 7 days before departure - so you can all be seated together.
Private Transfers
We can organise private transfers to most resorts for a supplement. Please just ask your reservations agent.
Regional Departure Airports
If your group is spread across the country we can organise different regional departure airports from the UK. And as long as you're travelling on the same date to the same resort you'll still qualify for all of our group discounts.
