Where to go on a fitness and yoga holiday?
With all of our Neilson Beach Clubs offering fitness and yoga as an inclusive activity, you’re spoilt for choice. How does a fitness and yoga holiday in Sardinia sound? The outdoor fitness platform is surrounded by nature. The Italian island is famed for its golden sandy beaches and fusion cuisine. Yoga and fitness holidays in the Med give you plenty of chances to explore and fit in some cultural highlights between activities. Plus, Mediterranean cuisine means you can stay healthy during your holiday.
With our range of Beach Clubs in Greece, Fuerteventura, Sardinia and Croatia, you can really tailor your fitness and yoga break to the entire family, with children aged 14 and over able to join the inclusive fitness and yoga classes.
If you really want to focus on your fitness you'll be hard pushed to find facilities better than those at Levante Beach, where fitness takes centre stage.
Our fitness team
Our trainers run a superb range of fitness classes in the great outdoors to kick-start your fitness or maintain existing fitness at its peak.
As you would expect, our qualified instructors hold professional qualifications (minimum level 2 fitness instructor) and are there to gently encourage or push you to the max. Super friendly, they're there to help you enjoy the workout, so if you have any questions, just ask!
Our fitness instructors also arrange a run club, guided on day one, so you can familiarise yourself with the local area and match up with other runners of similar speeds and abilities to create your run club for the week, plus most of our beachclubs have fitness studios.
Cardio based fitness classes
Your trainers and a sweat towel are your perfect partners for these sessions.
Bootcamp: the Beach Club is our playground, expect shuttle runs, agility, strength work and more.
Circuits - A full-body workout using all of the muscle groups with fun, interactive stations.
Boxfit - Put your gloves on and get ready for action. Basic boxing techniques are combined with a choreographed routine, pad and glove work.
HIIT - High-Intensity Interval Training is a technique used to create a 100% all-out effort workout through quick, intense bursts of exercise.
Strength and conditioning
These classes are designed to increase muscle tone, strength, endurance and core strength.
LBT - A lower body and core workout to condition the legs, glutes and abs.
Abs and core - Let our instructors lead you in the best core and ab workouts in the gym.
Les Mills BODYPUMP™️ - A barbell-based workout designed to help you achieve a lean and toned body.
Aqua - A family-friendly water-based exercise class full of fun and laughter that uses a variety of low-impact moves.
Yoga and flexibility fitness classes
Yoga is a great way to wake up your body, leaving you invigorated and ready to start the day.
Yoga - Different types of yoga-based exercises will be introduced with plenty of options and alternatives for all abilities.
Fitness Pilates - Our Pilates-based classes target muscles to support good posture and strengthen the core and back.
Stretch and relax - A relaxing evening class to stretch out those aching muscles in preparation for your next activity.
Mobility stretch - Work through tired muscles using dynamic stretches and movements to make the most of all the activities.
Family and Fun Fitness
We believe in fitness for everyone which is why we have fun classes throughout the week suitable for everyone, whether you want to dance, laugh or just have fun with the family.
Zumba - A brilliant fitness dance workout that's easy to follow and fun with catchy tunes to keep you smiling. Families are encouraged to take part on nannies' morning off.
Circuits - Kids of all ages will enjoy the fun, interactive stations which our instructors will adapt especially for the family sessions.
Kids' club fitness - Our clubs all have their own sessions with the fitness instructors - from animal yoga and dance games for the under 5's to Zumba and circuits for 6 - 11-year-olds plus aqua and boxfit for the teens.
Fitness at Levante Beach Beachclub
As you would expect from a Powered by Playitas Beachclub the fitness and training facilities are impressive. With an indoor fitness studio, shaded outdoor fitness platform and work out of the day, there’s a daily programme of fitness classes and training activities for everyone including exercise bikes, High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), boot camp and run club. For something a little more relaxing try yoga or stretch and relax at the beach cabana…pure bliss.
There’s also an air-conditioned gym with a comprehensive range of static weight machines, free weights and cardio equipment and a 'cool pool' to start the recovery - so you're ready to go again the next day.

Our focus is your focus, from flexibility to endurance to explosive power, our trainers can push you and your body to the limits.
