Water Activities

Dinghy sailing, windsurfing, kayaking, and paddle boarding are all-inclusive water sports; for a little extra, you can also go kitesurfing.

Dinghy Sailing

The launch area is sandy and shallow, and once out into the bay, this can be a great place to learn to sail. Once your confidence grows, there’s more of a breeze further out and a vast expanse of water just waiting to be explored.

All tuition follows the Royal Yachting Association (RYA) teaching scheme, so you just need to sign up for the group sessions and the team will advise you which group will...

Windsurfing

What a great spot for windsurfers. The wind typically picks up in the middle of the day, making it ideal for beginners in the morning and improvers to intermediates later on.

Following the same line as dinghy sailing, all tuition follows the Royal Yachting Association so you can be sure to progress in a safe and fun way.

Windsurfing: a range of beginner, intermediate (160-130 litres) and...

Kayaking and paddle boarding

The sweeping bay with soft, fine sand and clear, warm water is picture-perfect. Get down early, grab a paddle board or kayak, and head out. The pine-fringed bay is undeveloped, with beautiful views all around and a vista so vast you’ll feel like paddling for miles.

Kayaking and paddle boarding: Gemini single and double sit-on-top kayaks; wave kayaks; Red Paddle Co paddle boards (10'8") and XXL...

Kitesurfing

As one of the windier regions of Italy, Sardinia is a mecca for kitesurfers, from beginner to advanced. You’ll be able to book beginner sessions nearby or hire the kit if you can already kitesurf. One of the Neilson team will be on hand to help you make arrangements, but it is subject to availability and is very much wind-dependent. The kitesurfing beach is approximately a 25 minute drive away at...

Land Activities

There's even more on the shore; join us for road cycling, mountain biking, tennis coaching and fitness classes; all are included; dip in and dip out as you please.

Cycling

If you’re happiest in the saddle, then Sardinia’s road cycling won’t let you down. Roads climb in sweeping curves through the rugged mountains, with spectacular views of valleys and coastlines that make the thigh burn worth every second. If you’re new to the sport or want to give it a go, there are flatter road routes, too.

If you prefer riding off-road, mountain biking ranges from flat beginner...

Tennis

There are 4 tennis courts at the Beach Club, so there’s always a game going. Sign up for a group session or just have a hit around during free play. Total beginner or tennis whizz — the socials are all about good vibes and new mates.

Tennis: a selection of adult and child rackets from Babolat.

Fitness and Swimming

Tucked under the pines, the outdoor fitness deck is a proper gem — whether you're going all-out or just after a good stretch and a breather. It’s a bit of a one-off, really. And if all else fails, wander down to the beach at dusk. The sea views in that golden light? Instant calm. Total bliss.

Our full swimming programme is new for 2025. Try out fresh new swim sessions or make a splash in open water...

Wind conditions

The wind typically picks up in the middle of the day, with the best conditions between 11am and 3pm. It blows cross-to-cross off-shore most days and the typical wind force ranges from 3 to 4, with the most consistent conditions in June, July, and August.

Rest and relaxation

Need some time away from all the activities? Chill out by the pool or visit our treatment rooms for some pampering. Massage, facial, body scrub, whatever your preference, we have spa packages that can be pre-booked before travel, with savings on the in-resort prices, leaving you plenty of spending money for a cocktail or two. Treatments can also be booked at the beach club.

Food and drink

Our holidays include club board meals - daily breakfast, daily lunch and 4 evening meals each week.

It’s club board with an Italian touch at Baia dei Mori Beach Club. There's an oven for freshly baked pizza and the restaurant area is large and conveniently placed in the centre of the Beach Club where you’ll be dining al fresco under welcome shade. Our inclusive meal nights are on Saturday, Sunday,...
