Terms and conditions

The competition begins on 1 July 2024 at 12:00 AM BST and ends on 14 July 2024 at 11:59 PM BST (the "Entry Period"). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible. The competition must be entered by submitting an entry using the online form provided at https://www.neilson.co.uk/wimbledon-competition or via the Neilson Instagram or Facebook page. The entry must fulfil all requirements of the competition, as specified, to be eligible to win the prize. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications of the competition may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Neilson Holidays. You must provide the information requested. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules. If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules of the competition, your submission may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Neilson Holidays. The draw closes at 23:59 PM BST on 14 July 2024, where the winners will be selected at random and notified via email or direct message by Friday 19 July 2024.

1st prize - Beach Club holiday
The prize consists of a 7-day Neilson Beach Club holiday for up to 2 adults (aged 18+) and 2 children (aged 2-17) sharing one room. The holiday can be taken to either Neilson Alana Beach Club or Neilson Messini Beach Club, departing in 2024. The prize includes return flights, 20kg of luggage per person, coach transfers, accommodation, inclusive activities, kids club for ages 2+, breakfast and lunch daily, and club board evening meals. The free holiday cannot be taken on holidays where flights are sourced at the time of booking, it is only valid on holidays where Neilson has secured flight seats in advance. The prize must be booked by 31 July 2024 and is valid for travel until 3 November 2024.
 
The Holiday Prize Terms
1. Transfers to and from the airport in the UK are not included. Travel insurance is not included. Winners are advised to take out their own insurance.
2. If a prize is not booked by the applicable date, it will be deemed forfeited and Neilson Active Holidays reserves the right to award a prize to another randomly selected entry.
3. The prize is subject to these terms and conditions Neilson Holiday booking conditions
The holiday shall not constitute a ‘package’ under the Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018 (the “Regulations”) and the Regulations shall not apply, nor shall the applicable provisions of the Terms and Conditions which relate to the Regulations. In the event of any conflict between the Terms and Conditions, and these prize draw terms and conditions, these prize draw terms and conditions will take precedence.
4. Neilson Active Holidays reserves the right (but shall be under no obligation) to substitute the prize or any element of the prize with alternative dates/property/destinations/transfers/ at any time to the equivalent prize value or at its discretion, the cash value of the prize or element of the prize being substituted.
5. Neilson Active Holidays reserves the right to amend or cancel the flights or holiday for any reason without prior notice. Please note that flight schedules are not guaranteed.
6. The prize and each element of the prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash. The prize may only be taken by the prize draw winner along with any accompanying passenger(s) notified to Neilson Active Holidays in the relevant booking, subject to the maximum number of passengers specified within the prize details. Any additional passengers will be charged at full price. Flights must be taken by all passengers at the same time from the same airport. Once you have made your booking, you cannot make any amendments.
7. Any optional purchases or supplements are subject to the Terms and Conditions. The prize duration may not be extended and no element of the prize may be changed by the winner. All passengers must have a valid passport to travel, and must meet all relevant visa and/or other entry requirements including any medical/health screening requirements or similar.
