Make the most out of your time on the slopes with free on-the-mountain guiding and coaching. Our Neilson Mountain Experts are fully qualified ski and snowboard instructors, local to your resort.
With various guiding and coaching sessions available throughout the week, they’ll take you to the very best spots and give you the advice you need to become a more confident rider.
This is a free service, and is available exclusively to guests staying in any of our Mountain Collection hotels and chalet hotels.
All of our hotels and chalet hotels are set in convenient locations with free ski guiding and coaching, laid-back bars, fantastic meals and plenty of room choices to suit your party's needs.
Choose from smaller chalet hotels for a more intimate holiday (and wine with your evening meals), or go for one of our larger hotels which have wellness facilities. You can even stay in a ski hotel with Neilson-run kids' clubs - the choice is yours.
Families will love our Mountain Collection hotels and chalet hotels. Spread out across Andorra, France and Italy, each property is run by us, exclusively for you. Both the chalet hotels and ski hotels are conveniently located with larger rooms, so you and your family can kick back and relax.
You also get free professional ski coaching, with ski and snowboard instructors who know their parallel turns from their snow ploughs (and much, much more). They'll be on-hand to make sure you're getting the most out of the experience, and having fun while you're at it.
Happy kids, happy parents. That's why we've created a range of kids' clubs for children aged between 4 months and 12 years old at selected Neilson Mountain Collection hotels. We recognise that for many, family ski holidays with childcare are necessary. With options from private nanny services to evening clubs, you can adapt your childcare to suit your schedule.
We'll make sure your kids are happy and well looked after, so if you're keen to include this in your ski holiday package, just let us know.
Understandably, our clubs are super-popular with families, as they allow for more freedom during your time away. Take advantage of half days and drop-in sessions too, available on a first-come, first-served basis.
