Terms and conditions

The prize is a 7-day Neilson Beach Club holiday for up to 2 adults (aged 18+) sharing a standard room. The holiday can be taken to Neilson Alana Beach Club or Neilson Messini Beach Club, departing between 31st August 2025 and 12th October 2025. The prize includes return flights (departing from London Stansted on a Sunday for Messini Beach Club or London Gatwick on a Tuesday for Alana Beach Club), 20kg of luggage per person, coach transfers, accommodation, inclusive activities, breakfast and lunch daily, and club board evening meals. The free holiday cannot be taken on holidays where flights are sourced at time of booking, it is only valid on holidays where Neilson have secured flight seats in advance. The prize must be booked by 31st July 2025 and is subject to availability.

The Holiday Prize Terms 

1. Transfers to and from the airport in the UK are not included. Travel insurance is not included. Winners are advised to take out their own insurance. 
2. If a prize is not booked by the applicable date, it will be deemed forfeited and Neilson active Holidays reserves the right to award a prize to another randomly selected entry. 
3. The prize is subject to these terms and conditions and Neilson Holiday booking conditions (which can be found at www.neilson.co.uk/help/booking-conditions.
The holiday shall not constitute a ‘package’ under the Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018 (the “Regulations”) and the Regulations shall not apply, nor shall the applicable provisions of the Terms and Conditions which relate to the Regulations. In the event of any conflict between the Terms and Conditions, and these prize draw terms and conditions, these prize draw terms and conditions will take precedence. 
4. Neilson Active Holidays reserves the right (but shall be under no obligation) to substitute the prize or any element of the prize with alternative dates/property/destinations/transfers/ at any time to the equivalent prize value or at its discretion, the cash value of the prize or element of the prize being substituted. 
5. Neilson Active Holidays reserves the right to amend or cancel the flights or holiday for any reason without prior notice. Please note that flight schedules are not guaranteed. 
6. The prize and each element of the prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash. The prize may only be taken by the prize draw winner along with any accompanying passenger(s) notified to Neilson Active Holidays in the relevant booking, subject to the maximum number of passengers specified within the prize details. Any additional passengers will be charged at full price. Flights must be taken by all passengers at the same time from the same airport. Once you have made your booking, you cannot make any amendments. 
7. Any optional purchases or supplements are subject to the Terms and Conditions. The prize duration may not be extended and no element of the prize may be changed by the winner. All passengers must have a valid passport to travel and must meet all relevant visa and/or other entry requirements, including any medical/health screening requirements or similar.
8. The prize draw is limited to one entry per person. Any additional entries will be excluded.
9. Our winner will be notified by email by 20 June 2025.  If they do not respond within 7 days, Neilson Beach Clubs reserves the right to choose a new winner on the 8th day.
