What's in my Stride?
HIIT Get your sweat on in a high intensity interval training session with one of the instructors at Stride. A mix of quick explosive workouts and short rest periods will get the hear beating and the muscles working.
Yoga and holistics Connect, stretch, breathe. A morning wake up routine or sunset wind down, our yoga and holistics sessions are led by the supportive Stride instructors to suit complete beginners all the way up to the most experienced yogi's.
Tabata If fast-paced exercises and instructors with so much enthusiasm you'll want to do nothing but work hard for the whole session is your bag, get into one of our morning Tabata clases. Just don't forget your sweat towel!
